Protein Pancakes


Vanilla protein pancakes, agave syrup. 


Chicken Breakfast Sandwich


Egg white omelette, chicken patty, hot honey on an english muffin. 


Turkey Breakfast Sandwich 



Whole egg omelette, turkey patty, cheddar cheese on an english muffin.


Smoked Salmon & Egg Wrap 


Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, sprouts, mixed greens and herb mayo.

Seasoned potatoes, turkey sausage, fried eggs and pepper sauce.

Garlic Shrimp Fried Rice


A light and flavorful twist on a classic. Jumbo garlic-roasted shrimp served over egg-fried rice, tossed with crisp, seasonal vegetables.


Chimichurri Steak & Crispy Smashed Potatoes


Tender grilled flank steak paired with oven-roasted smashed potatoes, vibrant seasonal vegetables, and a house-made chimichurri.


Chicken Pad Thai


Grilled chicken breast with rice noodles, tossed in a rich and tangy Pad Thai sauce with  vegetables.


Deconstructed Taco Bowl


Seasoned ground beef, fluffy white rice, black beans, fire-roasted peppers, fresh pico de gallo, and a creamy Greek yogurt cilantro dressing.


Chicken Satay Bowl


Grilled chicken skewers over fragrant basmati rice, served with roasted vegetables and a crunchy peanut satay sauce.


Greek Chicken Meatballs & Orzo
